type out the words you want to represent the link (the words that will appear in another color). then highlight those words, and click on the "globe" icon. a window will pop up for you to type or paste the url into. hit "ok" once you're done and the link will appear via the phrase/word(s) you've highlighted. let me know if you have any questions. if you want maybe we can have a blog-tutorial someday soon. :)
